Massage benefits human muscles, and many sports people would not go with out it, why should the horse be any different?

Horses are very tactile animals, you often see them grooming and rubbing each other with mutual pleasure. If you watch you will also see each horse tell the other where they want the tactile therapy to be applied. For the horse, massage is natural!

We fully assess the horse prior to treatment. Following equine massage we educate the rider/owner in specific techniques for horse rehabilitation including specific exercise regimes, tactile therapy routines, natural therapy and nutritional management.

Sports Massage is offered to the rider if they also have postural or physical issues affecting their riding ability.
