Our Horse Massage, Horse Nutrition and Equine Health Courses are specifically designed for horse enthusiasts who are looking to further their skills and knowledge in holistic horse care.


We have designed our courses to be a worry free and enjoyable learning experience, by providing you with

    is a qualified equine therapist
    who has lectured at university and TAFE,
    and is currently the coordinator of
    The Diploma of Equine Tactile Therapy.
    Many other qualified and experienced tutors also assist in the delivery of your courses.

    The special interest courses are either offered as a 1 - 2 day practical intensive or via external study over a 6 month period, providing the student extensive notes, support and a thorough education in specific areas of equine care.

    Certificates of completion are given to students that fullfil all requirements of the special interest courses.


    Introductory Certificate of Equine Nutrition

    Fees: 1 Day Practical Intensive Course: $160.00

    This course provide the student with education in relation to the function of the equine digestive system, the nutritional content of feeds, adding supplements, and formulation of a balanced diet for various types of horses.

    The nutrients, their actions and signs of deficiency form a major component of these courses.

    The one day intensive course runs from 10 am - 5 pm once per year

    Introductory Certificate of Holistic Therapies

    Fees: 1 Day Practical Intensive Course: $195.00

    This six month certificate will introduce the student to the use of natural therapies in equine care. The course covers history, actions and use of Bach Therapy, Tissue Salts and basic herbs.

    Students that successfully complete this certificate, and decide to continue on to a professional level course are able to sit an entry theory test to gain an exemption from the components previously studied

    The course is run once per year in Maccclesfield Vic. (Dandenong Ranges)

    The Nutrition and the Holistic Therapy courses can be arranged to be run as a study at home six month certificate.   If studied in this manner the student is required to submit study questions and one assignment as part of their assessment.  Students that successfully complete this form of the certificate, and decide to continue on to a professional level course are able to sit an entry theory test to gain an exemption from the components previously studied.

    Introductory Certificate of Horse Massage

    2 Day Practical Intensive

    Fee: $395.00
    Horses provided

    This course for owner riders is designed to teach the horse enthusiast the theory and application of massage to benefit the health and performance of their horse. Students will also learn how to recognise the early signs of performance based problems thus allowing early treatment to reduce the risk of further injury and lost training time.

    The course is run three times per year in Maccclesfield Vic. (Dandenong Ranges)

    25th & 26th September
