Our Horse massage, horse nutrition and equine health courses are specifically designed for horse enthusiasts who are looking to further their skills and knowledge in holistic horse care.


We have designed our courses to be a worry free and enjoyable learning experience, by providing you with

    who has lectured at university and TAFE,
    and is currently the coordinator of
    The Diploma of Equine Tactile Therapy.
    Many other qualified and experienced tutors also assist in the delivery of your courses.

    Each special interest course is offered by external study and run over a six month period, providing the student extensive notes, support and a thorough education in specific areas of equine care.

    Assignments and weekly study questions form the assessment for these courses.

    Certificates of completion are given to students that fullfil all requirements of the special interest courses.

    Students that successfully complete one or more of these certificates, and decide to continue on to a professional level course are able to sit an entry theory test to gain an exemption from the components previously studied

    Introductory Certificate of Equine Nutrition

    Hours: 30 Hours Duration

     Fee: $400.00

    This six month certificate will teach the students about the function of the equine digestive system, the nutritional content of feeds, adding supplements, and formulation of a balanced diet for various types of horses.

    The nutrients, their actions and signs of deficiency form a major component of this course.

    Introductory Certificate of Holistic Therapies

    30 Hours duration

    Fee: $400.00

    This six month certificate will introduce the student to the use of natural therapies in equine care. The course covers history, actions and use of Bach Therapy, Tissue Salts and basic herbs.

    Introductory Certificate of Horse Massage

    60 Hours duration

    Fee: $800.00

    This six month certificate is designed to teach the horse enthusiast the theory and application of massage to benefit the health and performance of their horse. Students will also learn how to recognise the early signs of performance based problems thus allowing early treatment to reduce the risk of further injury and lost training time.

    Students of this certificate attend a two day practical intensive and 2 refresher days to allow them to develop the skills to effectively deliver the massage strokes.
